Anne, a fellow Virginia Tech student, arrived in town to finally defend her master's thesis. We're quite proud of her, as only three other students from our year (including myself) managed to complete their history theses. She spent the night at our house, and I am sure the cats were happy to have some company - we've promised them we'll move back when Erin starts summer break. Betty was a little shy around Anne, and took her nap early, so she wasn't in any of the pictures. Hopefully Anne will be up again to visit before too long.
