Children's Museum Party

Everyone had a great time visiting the Children's Museum for their Mardi Gras festival. Coraline and Betty were able to hold giant parrots. Arthur tried holding one, but then it bit him, so we think he'll be a bit shy of birds for a while.


And then everyone sat down for face-painting. Arthur got a dinosaur, Betty got a rainbow, and Coraline got a butterfly.

Cousins' Visit (Continued)

The triplets had fun having books read to them (though everyone is getting a bit too big to all fit in one chair). And then Arthur decided to try drawing Iron Man. It came out quite nice!

Cousins Visit!

Our cousins finally came to visit - it'd been months since they had been here, and the kids were excited to play superheroes with them.

And then we celebrated Nathan's sixth birthday!

Happy Birthday Aunt Allison!

We were all so excited that Aunt Allison came to visit us for her birthday, because that meant we'd all be having cake.

Superman

This is Arthur's first Superman drawing. Later I pointed out to him that the symbol on his chest is actually an "S" (he was only seeing the negative image).

A Day at the Circus

We took the triplets to their first circus, and they loved it! Coraline loved the acrobats, Arthur loved the motorcycle jump, and Betty loved the cotton candy.

During intermission, we then went down to the circus floor to look at the elephants. It took all the kids' willpower not to run over to touch them.

Knight, Witch, Princess

The kids went all out today in picking out costumes from the dress up trunk.
